It is the worst and bad experience I ever had ordering a simple one way ticket from Capri to Napoli. It took you more than 7 hours to proceed this simple task. Normally I order flights to all over the world and within 1 minute I have a confirmation and a ticket! You treat this task as if I were to apply for a loan at the bank or something. Stupid! Just stupid! And above all: you charge me 10€ !

Bonne opinion globale. Bon contact téléphonique (en anglais) les appels provenant de France pourraient être reçus par un opérateur parlant le français ceci eviterait les erreurs de compréhension. Emission des billets très rapide après l'achat. Facilité de ercherche de la réservation et présentation claire.

This was not a good experience . Your instructions originally said p get the tickets at the ticket office which made me wait 25 minutes to get the printed tickets when it would've been faster for me to get them on site and not pay a booking fee. The point was to save time and it ended up being more money more time and a not so pleasant experience . I would say no point of paying extra $10 !!

the ferry company requires the original ticket to access the boarding, the ticket must be collected at the ticket office of the port before departure. The reservation is helpful to secure a place on the ferry, in order not to arrive at the port and do not find a place available to travel.

Votre service est totalement insatisfaisant. Je n'ai reçu que la moitié des billets :celui de retour mais pas ceux de l'aller. Vous donnez une adresse email qui ne fonctionne pas !

Billets en italien (et donc difficile de vérifier par soi-même s'il y a des erreurs). Nationalité des passagers incorrecte car italienne par défaut(?!). Par contre service clientèle (reservations@ok-ferry.fr) très réactif et courtois, merci à eux pour les réponses aux questions découlant de ce manque de précisions préalables.

malheureusement la compagnie maritime peut émettre des billets seulement en italien, mais il s’agit d’un bon que vous devez changer au port avec les billets originaux avant l'embarquement, donc la nationalité déclarée sur le voucher est insignifiante.

I needed ferry tickets from Naples to Sorrento and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was booking with Ok-ferry. I was a little concerned when I received an email asking for payment when I had given my credit card details on the booking page, but I followed their instructions and received the tickets within a few minutes of paying, by return email. I would use this company again.

When I was preparing the booking of the tickets all steps were pretty simple. Only problem that I had is the payment. I did the transaction but there was no booking. I got the mail from the support team which was OK but when I redo the payment through secure web link was blocked. On the end it show that payment was not successful which was wrong. I got an e-mail with confirmation and the tickets.
