It was very confusing to pick up the tickets from ticket agents as the website says. Agents of ticket offices were unsure how online tickets worked. Part of the problem was that the actual company operating the ferry was different from what the website said. Also, it should be noted that people at hotels do not have easy access to printers to print emailed tickets.

Very good and quite user friendly site. The only issue I had was once I made a return trip inquiry there was no option to make just a one way trip without a return journey input. I had to get out of the site and back in again to remove the return journey drop down box selection. In other programs there is an option for either just one way as well as return.

The reservation was easy and the confirmation came quickly, however my only three stars are only three because I noticed that the web page where the credit card details were written, was not a secured page, which is always something to be very cautious about. I took the risk and so far so good, but generally I would not advise anyone to do it...! Thank you!

Bei meiner Nachbuchung einer Person wurde mir geholfen und ich konnte auch telefonisch, in gutem Deutsch, eine Auskunft erhalten, Zahlungsportal mit Visa war kein Problem, das Ticket kam eine Minute später per Mail, bestens, sehr empfehlenswert freundliche Grüße Peter

Ticket service was fine. I made the reservation on line and received the emailed tickets the next day. Trip isn't for a few weeks so I haven't used the tickets yet.

since the nationality and gender are irrelevant in the booking, the conifrmation page can erase this info, so we don't have to crosscheck with the company. also booking with credit card can be done in one go, rather than separately.
