Good order process and good user guidance while process. Payment process without any complication. Basically very good! The only point for improvement: The German translations should be reviewed by a native speaker - there are some linguistic misunderstandings due to unsuitable translations.

Schnelle unkomplizierte Buchung. Allerdings war keine Möglichkeit einen anderen Ausweis als den Personalausweis auszuwählen. Ich habe keinen und habe daher die Nr. meines Reisepasses angegeben und hoffe, dass dies genauso gilt.
